RETURNS POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature of all hair products, The Hair Society can only accept returns for exchange or refund if the items remain unopened and are in their original packaging.
Please refrain from removing any ties or attempting to repackage the extensions, as doing so will void the return eligibility, and refunds will not be issued.
If you wish to return your hair extensions due to selecting the wrong color or length, kindly inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the product. Please send an email to customerservices@thehairsociety.com, including your name and order number. We will then provide you with a returns form to print and include in the package you plan to return.
The returned items must meet our criteria for newness, as outlined in our returns policy above. Subsequently, ship the items using a reputable courier service or opt for special delivery to enable tracking. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility. The chosen courier or postal authorities will offer insurance and a tracking number in case of any delivery disputes. We cannot be held responsible if returned products do not reach us, and we will only replace items that are safely returned.
In the event that we mistakenly send you the wrong item or if it arrives faulty, we apologize and will promptly resolve the issue. Please contact us at customerservices@thehairsociety.com to report the problem. Subsequently, return the product to us for an exchange, and we will cover the cost of carriage and redelivery to ensure you receive the correct order.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
If you believe your Hair Extensions are faulty due to quality issues, please report the fault to customerservices@thehairsociety.com within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date. This policy is in place because human hair is considered a consumable item during use.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed goods return form. Items received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is provided. Failure to provide the correct paperwork within 90 days will result in the goods being destroyed. Please note that when Blend Aftercare has not been used, we cannot guarantee the hair's lifespan.
